Pakistan has entered serious olive oil with a debut that rivals the finest Koroneiki from Crete. Casa Lorèlai does not ask for consideration — it commands it.

The ExtractionProcess.
From hand-picked fruit to your table — every step guided by precision and reverence for the olive.
Hand Harvest
at early maturity.
Hand-harvested before dawn, our carefully selected early-maturity olives preserve exceptional freshness, vibrant flavor, and uncompromising premium quality.
Whole olives are meticulously purified in pristine water, eliminating organic debris to safeguard the delicate flavor profile of the harvest.
The fruit is gently fractured into a rich, vibrant paste, rupturing the oil cells without generating unwanted frictional heat.
The paste is slowly churned under precise temperature controls, allowing micro-droplets of oil to seamlessly coalesce into liquid gold.
The isolated oil undergoes a final vertical spin, a delicate high-speed finishing process that extracts any remaining trace micro-moisture, leaving behind a perfectly luminous, flawless golden elixir.
Safeguarded in temperature-perfect steel cellars, sealing in the oil's rich, raw integrity until it is freshly drawn and bottled for you
The finished elixir is immediately sealed in custom, heavy-tinted dark glass bottles, completely shielding the fragile polyphenols and aromas from light damage.
Each protected bottle is nestled into a custom-crafted, sustainable wooden presentation box, completing a high-end sensory experience from cellar to table.
We tasted a thousand years of heritage, and here’s why the price matches the soul.
Independent reviews, expert panels, and everyday households agree — Casa Lorèlai is in a category of its own.
There is olive oil that resides on shelves and then there are elixirs like Casa Lorelai. The highland orchards feel sacred.
Blind tasted against five premium Mediterranean EVOOs, Casa Lorèlai placed first. The finish alone — slow, building, peppery — tells you everything about the altitude it came from
Balochistan was not in our vocabulary for world-class EVOO. Casa Lorèlai has added it. Single-estate, harvest-to-mill in four hours, and polyphenols that put most Italian labels to shame.
Casa Lorèlai arrives from a place most olive oil judges have never heard of — Lorèlai, in the highlands of Balochistan, Pakistan. That ignorance ends here. Acidity measured below 0.16%. Polyphenols exceeding 840 mg/kg. A contender by any global standard.
Casa Lorèlai is Pakistan's inaugural entry into world-class EVOO — and it does not come quietly. The bitterness is elegant, not aggressive. The pepper is long. Gold, without reservation.
Numbers that
don't lie.
Our acidity rating sits at under 0.35% — the threshold for true extra-virgin classification is 0.8%. With 690+ mg/kg polyphenols, we are clinically in the high-phenolic category.
